The price associated with looking and feeling young and beautiful comes with a hefty cost that we often splurge on to attain. The beauty industry is booming as a $126 billion market that tends to prey on largely a woman’s insecurities. So how do you break the cycle of buying beauty products that you may not necessarily need? Well, the answer isn’t to just cut makeup out altogether. After all, makeup for a lot of folks isn’t just about giving into societal expectations of beauty! For a lot of individuals it’s fun, provides confidence, keeps skin protected, and allows one to showcase their sense of self-care. Therefore, it’s important to seek out products that won’t leave a dent in our wallets, especially when it’s something we use daily.
